A growing IT Consultant and Software Company is looking for highly qualified individuals to fill in the following positions:

IT Technical Support (ITTS – SJC)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring activities running on Server
• Responsible for troubleshooting, recovering, and escalating issues for WinXP and Win2003 and application high availability.
• Perform trouble shooting for hardware and software systems.
• Responsible in maintaining the information technology communication
• Responsible in daily backup for local data.

Requirements:

• Hold Degree in Computing or IT or Electronic Engineering.
• Having min. 1 years experience in maintaining network system (LAN and WAN), CCNA (Preferred).
• Must be proficient in Windows XP and Windows 2003 (MCSE Certified preferred or at least holding a MCP Certification).
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, especially in English.
• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
• Able to work under minimum supervision as well as in a team.
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure.
• Able to start work immediately or in a short notice period
